Jennifer Tadge studied Ethnology and Arabic Studies at the University of Leipzig, as well as Museology at the University of Applied Sciences Leipzig. In 2014 she began her scientific traineeship at the State Museum Nature and Man Oldenburg. Subsequently, she researched the provenance of human remains of non-European origin. Since September 2018 she was a doctoral candidate in the joint project "Provenance Research in Non-European Collections and Ethnology in Lower Saxony" at the State Museum Nature and Man Oldenburg. Her focus there was on collector biographies and acquisition concepts - especially in military contexts.
