Comments
Bartels hielt sich ab 1889 bis 1903 in der "Südsee" auf, offenbar vorwiegend als Schiffsarzt. 1903 eröffnete er eine Praxis in Manila/Philippinen. 1898-1900 war er Stationsarzt in Jaluit (Marschallinseln).
