Comments
Theodor Kittel wurde 1905 zum Oberleutnant ernannt und war ab 1909 beim Reichskolonialamt angestellt. Er reiste am 25. März 1910 mit dem Dampfschiff „Alexandra Woermann“ von Hamburg nach Lomé. In der zu diesem Zeitpunkt deutschen Kolonie Togo wirkte er als Bezirksamtmann in Kete-Kratschi [heute Kete Krachi].
